Pull load cells are available in two different mounting styles.
The first type is a fixed base sensor installation that places the sensor in three fixed posts during installation. Therefore, it is required to use the occasion that the temperature variation range is not large, and the advantage is that the stability of the scale body can be improved, and the installation and debugging are convenient. Also note when installing the load cell:
1. In order to prevent large current from flowing through the sensor, a short circuit should be installed between the sensors to prevent accidental large current from flowing through and burning it. Even so, it is best to remove the pressure sensor when it is necessary to perform a large slave welding, and then install the load cell after a few finishes.
2, moving parts such as balls should be kept free to slide, there should be no jamming or rusting.
3, the indenter should be made of 20mm thick chrome steel, the bottom surface of the indenter should be processed into a circular arc, the radius should be more than three times the radius of the sensor dome, and should be heat treated to increase the hardness of the indenter. The fixing plate is made of 45 steel, the thickness of which is not less than 20mm, and the level of installation should not exceed 0.5 degrees.
The second type is the mounting form of the ball-type base sensor, which is placed on the bottom plate with a concave notch during installation. The advantages are:
1. When the scale body or other equipment is stretched and contracted due to temperature influence, it can be displaced in the horizontal direction when it deviates from the force center line. The displacement is within ±5mm. Therefore, the load cell can be subjected to vertical force under any circumstances to ensure weighing accuracy.
2, zero temperature drift is an important parameter to determine the quality of strain gauge sensors, but also an important basis for temperature compensation. Therefore, in the production process of the strain gauge load cell, the zero output of the sensor must be measured at different temperatures, and the measurement results at different temperatures are analyzed and calculated, and the temperature compensation is performed according to the calculation result, and the zero temperature drift is excessively eliminated. Qualified load cell.
3. The inspection system is mainly divided into two parts: a main control board and a detection board. The detection board performs automatic inspection of the zero output signal on the connected load cell, and sends the measurement result to the main control board. Each main control board can connect up to 128 detection boards at a time, so the system can patrol up to 4096 load cells at the same time.
