In the process of using electronic scales (including electromechanical combined scales), the plastic deformation of the sensor may be caused by overload, impact, etc., which may affect the accuracy of measurement. In severe cases, the sensor may be damaged and cannot be used normally and must be replaced. According to the author's experience, during the replacement process, the following issues should be noted:
1. As the load cell increases, the output micro-volt/divide signal decreases rather than the rated load increases, and the output signal also increases.
2. For the electromechanical combination scale in which the S-shaped sensor is installed in the second force transmission link (the link between the first force transmission lever and the second force transmission lever), attention should be paid to the link length after reinstalling the sensor. Consistent with the original link length.
3. In the debugging after the replacement of the sensor, the electromechanical combination scale shall be based on the weighing indicator display on the basis of the accurate adjustment of the mechanical scale.
4. Whether it is an electronic scale or an electromechanical combination scale, after replacing the sensor, it must be verified before it can be used.
