In order to standardize the relevant business processes of the company and effectively improve the efficiency of the company's work, the following notice is issued.

First, in order to facilitate the financial department of our company to check and verify the invoices this month, since January 15th, the billing work will not be carried out after the 26th of each month. I hope that the members of the business department will inform the customers in time and actively communicate with the customers. Work with the finance department.

Second, the company's related customer business, involving a family of two or more customer business name, the salesman needs to explain in the remarks column of the sales order, and timely enter the business internal logistics system to avoid errors, if in doubt Communicate by business back-office and finance staff.

Third, the customer returns and exchanges, the relevant salesman should promptly notify the business back office to do the return and exchange processing, and deliver the financial personnel on the same day, no delay.

4. The production department needs to provide the amount of finished products and the number of finished products in the month before the end of each month to ensure the authenticity and accuracy, and facilitate the smooth progress of the finance department.
