The 3rd International (Changzhou) Sensor Technology and Application Summit Forum was held in Changzhou High-tech Zone, Jiangsu Province. Experts, scholars from the sensor technology and application fields in Germany, Japan, the United States and other countries, as well as national, provincial and municipal leaders witnessed the "China International Sensing Valley" officially "opening the valley" in Changzhou High-tech Zone.

The sensor allows objects to be interconnected and intelligent. With the introduction of the concept of Internet of Things and smart city, the development and application of sensor technology has become an important indicator to measure the degree of informationization in a country.
